Though it's rare for a product to arrive damaged, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does arrive damaged, please reach out to us by emailing support@neeshfabrics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it, and we will take care of the rest. We will cover the return postage, and you can choose between a full refund or a replacement. Our goal is to make things right and ensure you are happy with your experience!

Unless the product is damaged, the buyer is responsible for return postage. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
