Items are dispatched the next working day after the order is placed.

Standard Delivery: Free of charge. Delivery typically takes 3-4 working days.

Express Delivery: Available for an additional cost. Express delivery takes 2-3 working days. The charge will be added at checkout.

Next Day Delivery: Available for an extra charge. The charge will be added at checkout. Orders placed before 10:30 AM will be dispatched the same day for Next Day Delivery.

 Though it's rare for a product to arrive damaged, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does arrive damaged, please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" form or email us at support@neeshfabrics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it, and we will take care of the rest. We will cover the return postage, and you can choose between a full refund or a replacement. Our goal is to make things right and ensure you are happy with your experience!

Unless the product is damaged, the buyer is responsible for return postage. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Apologies, but we are unable to offer a refund for items that have been worn or are not in their original packaging, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
